Pain is a passage, with no choice but to go through.
Dig deep, reach high, the body is not more than I.

Everything is fleeting, it all comes and goes,
But my love for you is steadfast, it will never slow.

Breathe through this passage; where might it be taking you?
Let the mind wander, the insights surface, plant a small seed.
Whatever comes next, trust you will be pleased.

One foot forward, don’t look back.
It is where you are going, not where you have been.
Crawl, walk, or run through this passage, know you are seen.
