Shadow

As long as you suppress your fear it will hold power over you. The instant you are willing to face your fear, it loses its grip on you. Challenge creates change, and sometimes you have to breakdown to breakthrough. Learn to embrace your shadow side.

Sun

Every experience comes bearing a gift: wisdom, and the opportunity for growth. You've faced your fear and now you must find the light in the dark. Then you can start to pull yourself out of the shadow and start shifting towards the sun. You can then transform suffering into strength.

Soul

You are never alone, you are a spark of the divine. I like to say that surrender equals solution. You faced your fear, you found the light in the dark, and now you need to let go and trust. When you do you start co-creating with Spirit, opening your heart and putting you on your highest path.
