This, of course, includes our relationships with ourselves.

Many of us treat things spiritually, ignoring the medical side of healing. And many of us treat things medically, ignoring the spiritual side of healing. I believe that all of the selves—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—need to be honoured for optimal healing.
